Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind every product we build.
Exceptions
If you purchase a product and it does not match its description, contains errors that make it unusable, or you receive the wrong file — contact us within 7 days and we will make it right. That means a corrected file, a replacement product, or a refund.
Etsy Purchases
Purchases made through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's buyer protection policies in addition to this policy.
